Joining the beta

Testers are invited by email from the waitlist.

• On iPhone, you install Jouvay through Apple's TestFlight app.
• On Android, you install it through Google Play.
• Your invite email has the steps.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete my account. It happens straight away.

• Your account and your details are deleted.
• Reviews and results you shared stay in members' results, no longer linked to you.
• Your Discussions posts are deleted. If someone replied to one, its text is removed and the replies stay.

You can also email hello@joinjouvay.com from the address you signed up with.

Your photos

Progress photos are kept on your phone, not on our servers. That keeps them private, and it also means Jouvay doesn't hold a copy.

Reporting a post or review

Tap Report on any post, reply or review that breaks the community rules. Reports come straight to us.

Memberships and billing

When Jouvay launches, memberships are billed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, use your phone's subscription settings:

• iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.
